The current WWE Raw Women’s champion Bianca Belair who is also a former WWE SmackDown Women’s champion recently talked about it potential match up with the former WWE Raw Women’s champion Rhea Ripley and also praised the Australian professional wrestler.
Rhea Ripley was scheduled to meet Bianca Belair for the WWE Raw Women’s Championship at the Money in the Bank pay per view event. But she could not have the match since she suffered a brain injury just the number of weeks before the event. So she was replaced by Carmella.
Bianca Belair Reflects On A Future Showdown With Rhea Ripley
Rhea Ripley joined the Judgement Day stable at WrestleMania Backlash. This was the first time she turned heel on the main roster and fans wear hooking to see a great run for her at the member of the Judgement Day. She was given the chance to face the WWE Raw Women’s champion and everyone was thrilled to see the match up.
We seriously hope that had push will not be canceled due to this injury. And after Edge was driven out of the Judgment Day, it does not seem like the group has a big future waiting for it. Rhea Ripley is a star with high potential, to hui ho she does not need this group to be a top star of this promotion.
Bianca Belair who is also a former WWE SmackDown Women’s champion recently spoke with Denise Salcedo where she talked about it potential match up with the former WWE Raw Women’s champion Rhea Ripley and also praised the Australian professional wrestler. She said;
“You know, I think it’s already out there in the universe, everybody’s already excited about it. When I was watching the match and I saw Rhea Ripley won, I would be facing Rhea Ripley next, I was excited for it.
“With the history that we have, from NXT to the Royal Rumbles, to WrestleMania 37, when she was RAW Women’s Champion and I was SmackDown Women’s Champion, so you know, she’s held this title before.
“So I’m excited for it. I think that Rhea Ripley and I are both at the forefront of a new generation of women’s wrestling, of women in WWE, and we’re just kind of doing it big on both sides right now, so any time I can get in the ring with Rhea Ripley, I’m excited for it, I’m happy for it.
“I know she’s had a little bit of change of…whatever she’s going through right now with Judgment Day, but listen, I’m the EST of WWE, so we’re going to throw it down in the ring when that time comes.”
