WWE Raw star and a former two times WWE World Champion Bobby Lashley who is also a former three times WWE United States champion recently talked about another potential showdown with Brock Lesnar. He also discussed the potential stipulation for the match.
Brock Lesnar vs Bobby Lashley has always been a dream feud for the professional wrestling fans. This has been a long awaited feud that WWE finally decided to deliver. Now it finally looks like that this dream showdown will be taking place at the Grandest Stage of them all, WrestleMania 39.
Bobby Lashley Discusses Another Potential Match With Brock Lesnar
The first time these two wrestlers went head to head was at the Royal Rumble pay per view event of 2022. The match was for the WWE championship and it was not a part of a proper feud between these to wrestlers. In fact it was used to build the storyline between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. So we cannot call it a proper match as there were outside interference from Roman Reigns.
Another match between this these two wrestlers took place at the Crown Jewel pay per view event last year but it was also a critical failure. Finally it looks like that WWE is going to deliver the match that all been waiting for.
The dream showdown will finally take place at WrestleMania 39. The build up looked really good and fans were expecting to see the best clash between these two wrestlers at the Showcase of the Immortals, but the match is not going to happen anymore as Lashley is now involved
Bobby Lashley who is also a former three times WWE United States champion recently spoke to the Hindustan Times where he talked about another potential showdown with Brock Lesnar. He also discussed the potential stipulation for the match. He said;
“You know the interesting thing about Brock and I. I just met Brock maybe a couple years ago. Everybody was talking about us having this matchup for probably the beginning of my career back in 2005, but we never crossed paths. When he went to MMA, I was still in professional wrestling. I went to MMA, he went to professional wrestling and we just kind off kept messing with each other and not since probably maybe a few years ago did we first meet.
“There hasn’t been too much interaction between the two of us. We’ve had a few matches, a few interactions that have happened on screen, but outside of that Brock’s kind of a guy that kind of keeps it to himself. So there hasn’t really been anything back with Brock. I don’t think anybody really had anything backstage with Brock. But I look forward to the matchup with him. I like the kind of contests where it can make me push myself. I like to fight. Brock likes to fight.
“There’s a lot of similarities between the two of us, so I think that that next matchup is what everybody wants to see will be No holds barred. It’s probably gonna come to a point where we’re gonna get locked in a cage or an extreme rules match or something like that. But it’s about to happen.”
