Professional wrestling Legend and two times WWE Hall of Famer Booker T who is a former WWE World Heavyweight Champion add a former five times WCW World Heavyweight champion recently talked about WWE Hall of Famer Lita working in the WWE pay per view event Elimination Chamber.
Lita who is a former four times WWE Women’s champion recently made her return to WWE before the Royal Rumble pay per view event. She also worked in the Royal Rumble match where he was one of the final six individuals of the women’s Royal Rumble match.
Booker T On Lita Working In Elimination Chamber
Last week on Monday night RAW, she confronted the WWE Raw Women’s champion Becky Lynch add challenge for the RAW Women’s Championship at the Elimination Chamber pay per view event. The match has already been made official by WWE for the mentioned event.
But it is not been confirmed yet by WWE or any other media sources if WWE Hall of Famer would work in WWE after Elimination Chamber. It is quite obvious that he would not be winning the match at the said event. There are a number of possible reasons behind bringing back the Hall Of Famer for this match.
The first and the most obvious one is to boost the star power for their next for the show which is Elimination Chamber itself. WWE always bring big names to Saudi to sell more tickets. Another reason would be to prove Becky’s dominance over the other female wrestlers, which is however, already been proved.
There are rumours of Becky Lynch facing Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 38. This can definitely be a great match but this would not be enough exciting for a stage like Wrestlemania. We have already seen this match a number of times before and this feud is not delivering enough excitement either. But as it stood, we can see this match definitely happening at WrestleMania 38.
Booker T who is a former WWE World Heavyweight Champion add a former five times WCW World Heavyweight champion recently spoke on his Hall of Fame podcast where he talked about WWE Hall of Famer Lita working in the WWE pay per view event Elimination Chamber. He said;
“God bless Lita, go get that money girl. It’s a great match to have for that Saudi crowd. Because I’ll tell you right now, that crowd probably thought that Lita was still on the roster. That’s how much they love throwbacks, that’s how much those guys over there love seeing someone from that era.
“For me, them having the chance to see Lita over there is going to be huge. Becky Lynch is going to be big as well. But for the people in Saudi to see Lita, it is going to be a big moment for them. As well, it’s going to be a big moment for women’s wrestling.
“For Lita to actually be able to have that moment, I think she deserves it. You say she taking somebody’s spot? I don’t think so. Because I don’t think anybody from a female perspective of this era is going to be as big as Lita in Saudi Arabia at this time right now. I don’t think any of the females on the roster are as big as Lita is in Saudi Arabia in 2022. I could be wrong, but those fans over there, they want some old school.”
