Brock Lesnar went berserk during his latest appearance on Smackdown as he took out The Bloodline and some of the WWE officials. As a result, he will submit a lucrative paycheck in the name of WWE in a storyline angle.
As reported last week, Brock Lesnar featured in a brawl with WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos as he wanted to seek redemption after getting scr**ed during the title match at WWE Crown Jewel.
In that segment, The Beast Incarnate attacked a WWE cameraman and other officials at ringside, leading WWE Official, Adam Pearce to suspend him, indefinitely. Obviously, he wasn’t happy over the suspension and took out Pearce in the ring with a couple of F5s.
WWE Has Massive Plans For Roman Reigns And His Universal Title Run
Pearce issued a statement from his WWE HQ office during this week’s SmackDown, saying that Brock Lesnar has been fined $1 million. This aligns with the indefinite suspension from the company that was announced last week.
In more update to the situation, tensions for Paul Heyman over Reigns and Lesnar continued this week in a backstage segment. Heyman was all amped up while talking Lesnar’s potential destruction but he also insisted on not talking to Brock in recent times.

Bubba Rey joked about Brock Lesnar’s fine
It should be noted that Brock Lesnar’s fine is a storyline angle that WWE is playing out on Smackdown. It has no connection with reality by any means. WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley, aka Bully Ray, reacted to the fine issued by Pearce as he joked how $1 million is Lesnar’s one night’s pay, “So…one nights pay.”
Following the comeback at Summerslam 2021, it was reported that Brock Lesnar’s contract is believed to be intact for “roughly a year and a half” that should carry him through early 2023. Another report stated that the contract will be active for at least 8 matches, but the terms are also open to change with further negotiations. No update was provided on the salary details of the top superstars during this ongoing tenure.
There’s no update available on when WWE will bring back Brock Lesnar to TV but it’s possible that he might show up in January so that the company can use him for the annual Royal Rumble event.
