Professional wrestling legend and WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley who is the former 10 times Tag Team Champion in WWE recently talked about his current status in Impact Wrestling and revealed he wanted to stay in the promotion a bit.
The Fiend gimmick of Bray Wyatt is one of the most popular gimmick in the recent years of WWE. It was the second gimmick that was played by the three times WWE World Champion Wyatt. His first gimmick was quite successful as well but The Fiend is arguably the most popular gimmick he played so far. He instantly became a popular character after getting his Fiend gimmick.

The Fiend even won the WWE Universal Championship while being undefeated. Everybody thought this is going to be the most dominating gimmick in the recent history of WWE. Finally fans got a reason to watch WWE once again. But everything collapsed when Fiend was defeated by Goldberg and dropped the title. WWE was unsure if the fans were ready to accept Fiend as a world champion walking into WrestleMania.
The decision was criticized by the entire world of professional wrestling, and Goldberg had to face massive backlash from the fans. This defeat somehow killed the field gimmick and he could never recover from this defeat. After his WrestleMania 37 loss to Randy Orton, he was shockingly released from the promotion.

Recently he was brought back into WWE once again and this time it looks like he would be having a completely different gimmick. Of course it would be a dark gimmick, like his previous ones, but it has nothing to do with the previous gimmicks. A lot of fans still believed that WWE should have continued the Fiend gimmick, but most of the fans are happy with the current character.
Bubba Ray Dudley who is the former 10 times Tag Team Champion in WWE recently spoke on Busted Open Radio where he talked about his current status in Impact Wrestling and revealed he wanted to stay in the promotion a bit. He said;
“I’m gonna be sticking around for a while, and revenge is definitely on my mind. Whether that’s with Josh Alexander, whether that’s with his wife, or whether that’s with Tommy Dreamer, so we’ll see what’s going to happen. I am going to stick around. Last night was a very violent, very brutal match, as a Full Metal Mayhem Match always is.

“I would have called in [to Busted Open] no matter what this morning. When you take a match like that, and you put it together, there’s going to be so much violence, but how do you make sense of it all? So when I tell my stories week after week after week, I always want to culminate with a match that kind of looks like the end of an action movie.
“The final scene of an action movie, where the good guys and the bad guys fight, and the bad guy finally gets his, and the good guy gets the girl, and everybody gets to celebrate. That’s the vision I had in my mind for [IMPACT Hard To Kill].”
