Brooke Hogan is the one and only daughter of the legendary Hulk Hogan. But she never used her dad’s fame and money to get to the top of the professional wrestling industry or the entertainment business. After a short appearance in the WWE, she mostly worked for the TNA Wrestling Promotion with her father. During that stint, she took part in one of the most infamous romance angles of all time.
During Brooke Hogan’s brief stint with TNA Wrestling back in 2012-13, she was utilized in a storyline that involved her father Hulk Hogan, and Bully Ray (aka WWE veteran Bubba Ray Dudley). As part of the angle, Brooke and Ray were involved in a secret relationship that wasn’t approved by Hulk, on-screen.
The passionate angle unfolded on national television and reached a boiling point when Bubba Ray purposed to Brooke Hogan and the two had a wedding ceremony on an episode of Impact Wrestling. The kayfabe angle ended with Ray turning on his newlywed wife and father-in-law.

Brooke Hogan recently spoke with Hollywood Raw as she discussed her dating angle in the professional wrestling world. She admitted of going for a couple of dates with Bully Ray during their time of working together in TNA. She also revealed that Bully asked for permission from Hulk Hogan before asking her out for a date.
“In real life, he [Bully] actually asked my dad if he could actually take me out. And totally like not somebody that you would think like, ‘Oh, yeah, you’re going to date a big old wrestler,’ but he was super nice and funny and really cool. And I was like, ‘Whatever.’ I’ve never been about anything other than if you’ve got a personality or talent, that’s a turn-on to me,” Brooke Hogan continued.

It was a memorable ceremony that fetched attention from all around professional wrestling but the wedding was complete fiction. Bully Ray and Brooke Hogan were never an item outside TNA Wrestling. Bully was dating Velvet Sky while Brooke was engaged to Dallas Cowboys center Phil Costa, at that point.
