A lot of discussions have been happening over WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Kairi Sane’s injury from the TLC pay-per-view event. She was reportedly out cold during the match on an occasion that was a sure-shot sign of a potential concussion.
Despite the rumors, WWE has not confirmed the situation, to date. But it forced them to reschedule the upcoming live events.

Update On Injured WWE Raw Superstars From 2019 TLC PPV
WrestlingINC.com reported that Kairi Sane and Asuka was originally scheduled to defend their titles at Madison Square Garden live event. But the match is no more intact following Sane’s injury. A new match has been added to the card,
“Sane and Asuka were scheduled to defend their titles in a Steel Cage match against Charlotte Flair and RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch at the December 26 live event from Madison Square Garden in New York City, but that match has been changed. The new match is a Triple Threat Cage Match with Asuka vs. Lynch vs. Flair.”

Meanwhile, WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon recently spoke with Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT.com and commented on the Kairi Sane situation. Whether WWE has not commented on this, she did confirm that the Japanese superstar was indeed hurt after Sunday’s WWE TLC PPV event,
“I was not there live and I was not backstage, so I can’t really speak to the mood at that stage or what the communication was. I loved that it was the main event and I’m so sorry Kairi got hurt. The match was absolutely over-delivering up until the point that happened.”

Kairi Sane made an appearance at ringside with Asuka on this week’s RAW to get a win over Deonna Purrazzo but she did not get physical. Sane was also not cleared to wrestle at the RAW tapings that will air next Monday.
The former tag champ did a tweet with a thumbs up to the fans yesterday, hinting she was alright. But last words on her status will come from the doctors who will determine when she could be back in action and put an end to the ongoing controversies.
