With Sasha Banks back on Smackdown, it’s certain that Carmella will have to move in the line when it comes to the title picture. While The Legit Boss is heading into the Summerslam PPV event, there’s no update about her former rival being a part of the upcoming show. But she sure does know how to stay relevant via posts on social media platforms.
Carmella was not in attendance at the show tapings from Smackdown, this week. But going by the social media site update, she was definitely present at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida. Going by the caption of her photos posted on Instagram and Twitter, she was enjoying the show from backstage. Also, she was having a blast while following the show.

A number of photos were surfaced on Carmella’s official social media handles that witnessed her draped in a revealing yellow outfit. As always, she was loving the fact that she was showing off in an outfit. Plus, the caption mentioned how much she was enjoying the show at the Tampa arena, “Living my best life.”
Former WWE show-host Cathy Kelley commented that she was the perfect woman while names like Natalya, Cassie Lee fka Peyton Royce, and WWE Bump host Kayla Braxton also reacted to those hot photos. While Mella will continue to make some splash on social media, it’ll be interesting to see how WWE would utilize her in the near future.
Carmella received a few title match opportunities
A few weeks ago on SmackDown, it was announced by WWE Official Sonya Deville that Carmella, a former SmackDown Women’s Champion, will be taking Bayley’s (torn ACL) place against Bianca Belair for the title on the first in-person event in over a year and a half. While many fans criticized the move, the woman herself had enough reasons for herself to get such opportunities.
“Some people say I don’t deserve it. Are you kidding me?” Carmella angrily asked. “Not only am I the most beautiful in all of WWE, I have a hell of a lot more to offer than just being a pretty face.
“You want to talk about the best of the best in the women’s division; let’s talk about it. Let’s talk about Charlotte Flair. I beat her. Asuka. Beat her, too. Alexa Bliss. Beat her. Let’s so who else is there; Sasha Banks. Beat her. Becky Lynch, I beat her. So, why the hell are we talking about me? Yes, I’m beautiful, but I can also go in the ring.” (quotes courtesy Wrestling INC)
