WWE Raw star and a former WWE SmackDown Women’s champion Carmella who is also a former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion recently claimed that she has already made it into the WWE history books. She also addressed the fans who chanted “You Can’t Wrestle” to her.
Carmella actually made it into the history books of WWE when she became the first ever women to win the Women’s WWE Money in the Bank ladder match and successfully cashed it into win the WWE SmackDown women’s Championship. It definitely went on to the history books of WWE.

Carmella Thinks She Has Already Made History In WWE
This was the only time when the Princess of Staten Island was pushed as a main event star. She dropped the title at the SummerSlam pay per view event of 2018. It looked like that WWE was not willing to give up on her push as she was not pinned in this match. Charlotte Flair pinned Becky Lynch to win the title in the triple threat match.
But unfortunately, Carmella was never pushed as a main events are in WWE ever again. She did win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship one time along with Zelina Vega last year. Recently she received some from booking but it does not look like WWE has any big plans for her.

Carmella who is also a former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion recently spoke on the After The Bell podcast where she claimed that she has already made it into the WWE history books. She also addressed the fans who chanted “You Can’t Wrestle” to her. She said;
“I’ve made history in the WWE, several times. I think Carmella is overlooked because people look at Carmella and think, ‘I have the looks, I can talk,’ but I think people underestimate my in-ring ability. There is something to be said for that. For me, I feel like it’s a chip on my shoulder and I feel I have to go out there and prove exactly what I can do.

“‘Oh, Carmella can’t wrestle.’ First of all, that was like so 2016. People thought I couldn’t wrestle in 2016. I proved them wrong time and time again. I love to be underestimated. I’d rather be underestimated, underrated, than overrated. Now, I always have something to prove.
“I want to prove to everybody why I belong here. That’s exactly what I’ve done. I not only have the looks, I not only can talk, I can go. If people still don’t want to talk about that and recognize and give me the credit I deserve, that’s on them, they’re an idiot and they’re clearly blind.”
