Charlotte Flair is engaged to be married to fellow WWE Raw Superstar Andrade for over a year. They actually have been in a relationship for the past few years with Andrade popping the question in late 2019. Then they made the relationship public in January of 2020. They also wanted to bring this real-life chemistry on TV but they were denied upon.
While speaking to TV Insider, Charlotte Flair was asked about working with her fiancée Andrade on WWE TV. The multi-time champion revealed that she had already pitched a storyline idea to the creative team. But they have turned it down.
“I’ve actually pitched that. I would be very much open to that. I’ve done a lot in my career, but nobody has seen me in an on-cam relationship, or in that light. I can come across cold on TV.”

WWE officials must be having a ton of reasons behind leaving the idea of bringing Charlotte Flair and Andrade, together. The most genuine one of those would be that Flair is a monstrous figure on the Women’s Division while her beau is yet to make a bigger impact on the roster. Plus, his manager Zelina Vega is also not present on the scene after getting released by the WWE.

WWE lost faith in Charlotte Flair’s beau Andrade
It was reported in early December that WWE was thinking of pairing up Charlotte Flair and Andrade in an angle. But that never became a reality. The Queen was back on TV at WWE TLC by forming a tag team with Asuka who eventually won the tag belts. In the meantime, rumors went rife stating that Vince McMahon has lost his faith in Andrade.
The former NXT Champion hasn’t been seen on WWE television since October. His last match was against Angel Garza on RAW that ended up on a losing effort. He is spending private time with Charlotte Flair as seen on Instagram. The two of them were seen fishing together. We will have to wait and see the two can share a storyline together.
As previously reported, Andrade and Mickie James were the only free agents from the 2020 WWE Draft. Wrestling Inc noted that Andrade wasn’t picked by a brand because he was undergoing a minor elective procedure. Even Charlotte Flair had gone through a similar procedure in 2020 summer but she was picked by the Raw brand during the absence.
