Professional wrestling legend and former five times WWE Women’s champion Mickie James who is the current and four times Impact Knockouts champion recently praised the current WWE SmackDown Women’s champion Charlotte Flair and said she was one of the best wrestlers she had ever seen.
Charlotte Flair has been a main event star in WWE since the first day of joining the promotion. At first she spent a couple of years at the NXT before making her main roster debut back in 2015. She was the only wrestler of a time who had been treated as a main event star instantly.

She had been pretty impressive and she earned a great fan following as well. WWE started to treat her as a main event star instantly after coming to the main roster and in a very short amount of time she became one of the faces of the promotion. She has been the only female wrestler in WWE Who remained a constant face of the promotion since her very first day.
And she remained the face of the promotion not for no reason. She is worthy of the treatment she is receiving. There is no doubt in the fact that she is one of the biggest names in today’s world of female professional wrestling. She has earned a huge fan following as well.
She has been the only wrestler to achieve twelve women’s Championship reigns in her WWE career. Nobody even comes close to her. Apart from her, Becky Lynch has been another face of the promotion who started her WWE career along with Flair but it took her a number of years to become the face of the promotion.
There are other wrestlers such as Sasha Banks and Bayley who had also been treated as the top wrestlers of the women’s division of WWE in different occasions. But no one could remain the face of the promotion like Charlotte for such a long time. Indeed she is one of the best names in WWE today.
Mickie James who is the current and four times Impact Knockouts champion recently spoke to GAW TV where he praised the current WWE SmackDown Women’s champion Charlotte Flair and said she was one of the best wrestlers she had ever seen. He said;
“I thought the whole thing with her [Ronda Rousey] and Ashley [Charlotte Flair] at the end was kind of cool. It was obviously a big deal for Charlotte to enter herself as the champion in the Rumble. It was the first time that had ever been done, either.
“I watch Ashley out there and I’m going to be honest, she is one of the best wrestlers I have ever seen in my life, male or female. Watching her in the ring and when I went back to watch Rumble, and say what you will but she operates on a different level.
“Everything matters. Every moment, her facials are always on point, she takes her time, she doesn’t rush, she breathes. All the right things to what makes wrestling magic. You need that constant in the ring with the people that can then go and do all this other crazy shit to balance the whole thing out.”
