The current WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair who is also a former fourteen times WWE Women’s Champion recently expressed her desire to work in the Elimination Chamber which has been scheduled for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

It is a strange thing that Charlotte Flair did not work inside the Elimination Chamber structure in spite of being one of the top women in WWE. She has featured in various big matches in WWE including the first ever hell in a cell match along with Sasha Banks. But it is hard to believe that she has not featured inside Elimination Chamber yet.

Charlotte Flair Wants To Work In Elimination Chamber

Another funny part is, the title she is holding right now, WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship has not been defended inside Elimination Chamber yet either. This might be a clear indication towards WWE SmackDown women’s Championship being defended inside Elimination Chamber this year in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The first ever women’s Elimination Chamber match was organised back in 2018 and it was for the WWE RAW Women’s Championship where the champion Alexa Bliss defended her title against Bayley, Mickie James, Sasha Banks, Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose. Bliss retain the Championship in this occasion.

The very next year WWE organised the women’s Elimination Chamber match once again and it was booked to crown the first ever Women’s Tag Team champions. The Boss N’ Connection (Sasha Banks and Bayley) won the match and became the first ever WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion.

In 2020, the elimination chamber match was booked to crown the number one contender for the RAW women’s Championship at Wrestlemania 36. Shayna Baszler won the match and set a record by eliminating on five women single handedly.

Nothing has been confirmed if WWE is going to organise a women’s Elimination Chamber match this year at Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Last year they did not organised any. If they do, it would be quite exciting to see WWE SmackDown Women’s champion Charlotte Flair competing in it.

Charlotte Flair who is also a former fourteen times WWE Women’s Champion recently spoke to M. Skye of TV Source Magazine where she expressed her desire to work in the Elimination Chamber which has been scheduled for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She said;

“I want another storyline that catches fire, I want to main event Mania, and I want to do an action movie. I feel like I grow into more of myself every year. I don’t want to do the Men’s Rumble, but if the opportunity for Elimination Chamber presented itself, definitely.”
