In the main event of WWE Clash at the Castle 2022, Roman Reigns defeated Drew McIntyre to retain his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. With this, The Tribal Chief remains intact on his throne as his 2+ year title reign continues the reign of terror on the WWE roster.
This match at Clash at the Castle 2022 was a wild experience where Austin Theory ran out to cash in his Money In The Bank contract, but Boxing World Champion Tyson Fury stopped him by delivering a knock-out punch at him from ringside.
Then, in the end, Solo Sikoa (younger brother of The Usos) from WWE NXT 2.0 debuted and attacked McIntyre before stopping a pin-fall win in his favor by pulling the referee out of the ring. This resulted in Reigns hitting the Spear and pinning McIntyre to pick up the clean yet controversial pin-fall win.
After this big loss at Clash at the Castle 2022 in his home country, McIntyre then tweeted the following about his loss,

Triple H, the current head of the WWE Creative Team was also proud of how the main event match and the entire Clash at the Castle 2022 went by to bring out an unreal experience for the United Kingdom fans. Here’s what he had to say following the event,

Another legendary wrestler, WWE Hall of Famer Edge teamed up with Rey Mysterio to defeat The Judgment Day at Clash at the Castle 2022. It was a sweet reunion between the two former tag team champions at the UK PLE until Dominik Mysterio turned on Edge with a low blow and then on his father with a huge clothesline.
Following Clash at the Castle 2022, the 48-year-old year Edge took to Twitter and sent out a warning to Dominik. He also thanked the fans in the UK for the warm reception and Rey Mysterio for allowing him to be a luchador for this special occasion. Here’s what the Rated-R Superstar had to say,
