Within one week, he became the Universal Champion and since then he didn’t have to look back on his career. The reinvention allowed him to dominate in the WWE.
It is safe to say that he delivered to the fullest and live up to the expectations from him as the face of the company. Although he’s a heel superstar, Roman Reigns was never cheered, this much as a babyface superstar in the early phase of his career. But as a heel, he went on to beat the merchandise selling of John Cena.

While speaking to Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, the Special Counsel, Paul Heyman was asked if there are top superstars available who can feud with Roman Reigns now that he’s literally beaten, everyone. Heyman claimed that there are some names who can step up but he didn’t specifically take any name.

Roman Reigns squared off against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38, where both the WWE and Universal Title were on in a winner take all affair. Appearing on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, Reigns also confirmed that Mania marked the end of the feud with Lesnar as he looks forward to moving on to a different chapter of his career. However, they did duke it out again at Summerslam.
