Vince McMahon Agrees WWE Has A Broken System

Big Championship match announced for Stomping Grounds

The host venue has announced the return of Clash of Champions pay-per-view in a city that has storied wrestling history. After a gap of one year, this particular show dealing with the championships will find its slot, once again into WWE programming. Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina will be home of the show that is going to be indeed a historic occasion.

All-Women Evolution PPV Will Not Happen In 2019

WWE does arrange live events as well as Monday Night Raw or Smackdown Live on this particular venue, quite often. But they have not hosted a pay-per-view event on this venue for nearly 14 years. The last time a PPV took place here was Vengeance 2006 edition. So, the Clash of Champions will end the tradition when it finally happens on September 15th of this year.

As stated earlier, Charlotte, North Carolina is one of the richest areas in terms of old-school wrestling history. Fans often dub this city as Flair country since it’s been their home for a long time. Also, the Spectrum Center is the home of the late Dean Smith and the North Carolina Tar Heels who also has headquarters for Jim Crockett Promotions Inc.

The official Twitter handle of the Spectrum Center has started advertising the show. Tickets will go on sale for this PPV starting on Friday, June 21st, at approximately 10 a.m. It does mean that Hell in a Cell will probably move to its original slot in October. Plus, there would not be any Evolution PPV event on the same month as a follow up from last year. Dave Meltzer confirmed that on his social media account. Here’s the 2019 PPV schedule for WWE,
