Former WWE star CM Punk who was a former six times WWE World Champion recently revealed that he does not watched WWE anymore and he also talked about why he does not was WWE anymore.
It is not only CM Punk but a lot of WWE fans are also losing interest in the show. It is not as interesting as it used to be before. Day by day WWE is going worse to worst. Neither it is getting new fans it is retaining their old fans.
CM Punk On Why He Does Not Watch WWE Anymore
Fans who grew up watching the rivalry is of Stone Cold Steve Austin and the Rock, the Undertaker and Kane, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Vince McMahon, Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels, Triple H and Shawn Michaels, John Cena and Randy Orton, John Cena and Edge, can never have fun with what they are being given nowadays. Currently the standard of WWE is the worst in their history.
There was a time when fans got attracted to professional wrestling by watching wrestlers like Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker, Kane, Hulk Hogan, John Cena, Triple H, Randy Orton, Edge and other stars of the time.
Right now there is no other wrestler who can attract fans except Roman Reigns, because WWE is failing to create new stars. When they are failing to utilise wrestlers like Shinsuke Nakamura and AJ Styles, it is obvious they cannot attract new fans.
CM Punk who was a former six times WWE world champion recently spoke on the Sunday Night’s Main Event podcast where he revealed that he does not watched WWE anymore and he also talked about why he does not was WWE anymore. He said;
“No, I had to watch it a little bit when I was an analyst for FOX,” Punk said. “But I mean… hmm, how do I say this diplomatically? Um, no, I think they’ve got some people who are super awesome and great in the ring, but you know, nothing grabs me to get me to want to watch.
“I’m getting ‘a little long in the tooth’ now,” Punk responded. “And I would much rather uplift and show love to things I like than to tear anything down. You know, you can’t say that what they’re doing is wrong.
“They are the most profitable they’ve ever been since their inception, so who am I to say… you know what I mean? Like… it’s ice cream, there’s 31,000 flavors, everybody gets their favorite, I just don’t like vanilla.”
