Money in the Bank is the next PLE of WWE which is scheduled to take place on July 1. Five matches have already been booked for the event including two traditional MITB ladder matches. There is going to be the Bloodline Civil War, Cody Rhodes would also face Dominik Mysterio one on one.
And there is of course the World Heavyweight championship match. So far only one title match is scheduled for the event, and there are rumours that a couple of more matches could be added to the card. The other two matches might both be title matches. Maybe a Women’s title match and a mid card championship match.

Seth Rollins is going to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against the former WWE Universal Heavyweight champion Finn Balor. The leader of the Judgement Day might not be the favourite to win the match, but he received pretty strong booking as a challenger for this match.
Balor might not be a favourite according to most of the fans, but wrestling Legend Road Dogg thinks otherwise. He said that he was going to put his money on Finn Balor in this World Heavyweight Championship match. Speaking on a recent episode of “Oh…You Didn’t Know” podcast, WWE Hall of Famer said;

“If you’re a betting man, put your money on Finn Balor,” Road Dogg said. “It’s one of my favorite premium live events of the year just from a vantage point of a lead writer kind of thing. This [event] really can make a person and have a great story … If that’s the right person, and it’s the right person buddy[ing] up against the champion, I think that’s storytelling. What a huge opportunity to tell a great story for the next nine months.”
Balor is turning out to be the first major challenger for Seth Rollins who is challenging for the World Heavyweight title and he is going to be the first PLE opponent for The Architect. We are expecting an amazing match at the upcoming event between the duo.
Balor became the inaugural Universal Heavyweight champion but he was forced to vacate the title due to an injury and he never got elevated to the main event status once again. This would be the perfect opportunity to raise the talented 41 year old Irish wrestler on the main events once again.
