Former two times WWE champion Drew McIntyre recently offered advice to the recently released WWE stars. A total of 30 workers have been released by WWE recently. Surely WWE is going through a tough time and they were desperate to make some serious budget cuts.

The problem actually occurred because of the covid-19 pandemic. Because of this pandemic, WWE along with other sports entertainment shows were forced to organize their weekly and monthly shows behind closed doors with zero attendance. They could not get any revenue from ticket sales.

Drew McIntyre Gives Advice To The Recently Released WWE Stars

This was a huge problem. Without the correct revenue, shows could not be organized in the perfect manner. This is the biggest reason why WWE was forced to release so many talents. Other wrestling promotions also faced the same problem. WWE is also suffering from week TV ratings. There were no other options for them but to make some serious budget card.

WWE was forced to release some of their biggest Stars from the show. Two of the most shocking names among the released stars were Aleister Black and Braun Strowman. But fans are coming back to live shows from this week. We hope everything gets normal very soon.

Former two times WWE champion Drew McIntyre recently asked by the International Business Times about the releases made by WWE where he offered an advice to the recently released WWE stars. He said;

“You know, when the releases happen, it’s a sad time. We’re gonna miss seeing a lot of our superstars regularly every week (on) television. But at the same time, it is a huge opportunity. That’s the way I look at it.

“Perhaps some of the superstars that were released weren’t particularly happy with their position. Now, they have an opportunity to go out there and reinvent themselves and the world’s opening back up.

“The wrestling scene was thriving and will be thriving again very soon with live fans back in the building all across the world. And they’ll get the chance to go out there and try something different. Really make their own name and create their own buzz.”
