WWE SmackDown star and a former two times WWE World champion Drew McIntyre who is also a former two times WWE Tag Team Champion recently talked about using his old WWE theme which is the Broken Dreams at the Clash at the castle pay per view event.

The Broken Dreams had been the first entrance theme of the former two times WWE World Champion Drew McIntyre and he thoroughly used it in his previous days. It had been a very famous theme and fans really loved it. Throughout his first half in WWE, he used Broken Dreams as his entrance theme.

Drew McIntyre Comments On Using Broken Dreams At Clash At The Castle

But after he took his absence from WWE and made his return to the promotion earlier, he started using a different entrance theme named Gallantry.This theme of him is quite famous among the fans as well, but a lot of fans still prefer Broken Dreams over anything. They still want the old theme back.

By keeping in mind the fame of the Broken Dreams, WWE decided to use it during the entrance of the Scottish Psychopath at the Clash of the Castle pay per view event. A lot of fans thought WWE is considering to bring it back. But ultimately it was just a cameo of the Broken Dreams. He still uses Gallantry as his entrance theme.

Drew McIntyre who is also a former two times WWE Tag Team Champion recently spoke to BT Sport where he talked about using his old WWE theme which is the Broken Dreams at the Clash at the castle pay per view event. He said;

“I’ve been pushing it [for] a very long time. I didn’t think it finally bite, but I had a conversation with Hunter, I had a conversation with Kevin Dunn, and tried to explain, you know, like I think this is the time.

“The crowd we’re gonna have is a knowledgeable crowd, they know my history, it’s very much a full-circle moment for me, and I feel that’s very much part of my story, and I knew it would get the pop from the live crowd.

“I knew people online would get a kick out of it, but for me, hearing that, it would remind me of how far I’ve come. Our production team put together the best videos, Adam, Ben, and the gang in the studio, just the best work imaginable. I saw that and again, the goosebumps were going crazy, trying to hold the tears back. I was so laser-focused, I was like, what is going on here right now?”
