Chelsea Green is a renowned name amongst the female wrestling superstars of the current generation. She found success in TNA, but then she left Impact Wrestling to give a try to the bigger picture on WWE NXT. That stint didn’t result in a lot of opportunities for her despite the fact that she pitched several ideas, here and there.
Chelsea Green was eventually called up to the WWE main roster but she wasn’t used and then got sent back for another stint in the black and gold brand. Then she was called up for the second time, only to be injured and get released. It was indeed surprising since she was preparing for her comeback and fans as well critics considered her to be a huge future star.

Following the release, Chelsea Green made her return to Impact Wrestling while she was also part of the all-women NWA Women Empower event. At the same time, she also made appearances for Ring of Honor and thereby explored multiple options around her. She also appeared at ROH Final Battle 2021 PPV card, in what could end up being Ring of Honor‘s final ever pay-per-view event.

Chelsea Green on a pay-per appearance deal with ROH
According to a report from Fightful Select, Chelsea Green is currently on a per-appearance deal with ROH, meaning that she won’t be getting any live event pay from the company until at least 2022.
“Chelsea Green confirmed to us that she’s on a per date deal with the company,” the soured noted.
She teamed up with The Hex to take on Miranda Alize and The Allure on the actual card but it’s not confirmed whether she will be returning to ROH if and when it comes back from their hiatus. But the company won’t pay her, unlike other contracted stars who have deals that run until the end of March 2022. ROH’s next season is yet to be renewed.
For the time being, Chelsea Green is working some independent dates as well as on the IMPACT Knockouts division, helping her fiancée Matt Cordona on his way to the Impact World Championship. The two real-life couple is also set to get married on New Year’s Eve. Green has also been going through her bachelorette with her besties in Britt Baker, Deonna Purrazzo, and more.
