Ricochet is working in WWE actively for more than 5 years and he had been one of the most famous stars of the promotion since joining. Before getting his big call from WWE he was an active independent wrestling star where he won multiple championships and he was a top star.
He joined NXT back in 2018 and worked in the development Territory of WWE for one long year. In this one year, he won the NXT North American Championship one time. He was the one to dethrone Adam Cole’s inaugural NXT North American Championship reign. He was one of the biggest attractions of the NXT during his time.
From Black and Yellow to Red and Blue: Ricochet’s NXT Legacy and Main Roster Triumphs
In 2019, the transitioned to the main roster of WWE for the first time and he has always been treated as a solid mid card in the main roster of WWE. He has won multiple mid card Championship as well as other accomplishments. He recently discussed his time in the NXT, also, his transition to the main roster. Speaking on “Insight With Chris Van Vliet,” he explained;
“That was such a good time for me. Honestly, I feel like you could start anywhere because everyone was good. Everybody that I was in there with was so good, so it really helped me out a lot. But I guess if I had to point you somewhere first, probably the WarGames [match] is one of them,” Ricochet said. “WarGames is great, but that’s a little long. That’s a long match. Probably me and Aleister [Black] versus The Viking Raiders, that was one of my favorites [too].”
Ricochet Would Face Logan Paul At Summerslam
“I wasn’t worried about it at all,” Ricochet said. “Not even because I think everyone’s going to know me. That just was like, ‘If you don’t know me, you’re about to know me. If you don’t know me, you’re going to find out very soon.’ I’ve always kind of liked starting fresh.” Explained the former WWE United States champion.
Ricochet is famous among the wrestling fans mainly because of his amazing high flying wrestling ability. He is currently one of the most high flying stars in WWE and his style of wrestling is extremely attractive. Nobody ever thought he would survive in WWE for such a long time and in such an excellent way.
Right now he is involved in a mega feud with Logan Paul and the duo would face each other at SummerSlam. The fans are expecting a high flying clash between this high flying duo. We are expecting Ricochet to work in WWE for a long time and we hope he gets to win more big Championships.
