Bayley is one of the most valuable stars in the women’s roster of WWE who is working actively in the promotion for more than a decade. She had been a three times WWE Women’s Champion. She is the longest reigning Smackdown Women’s Champion; the title is currently in existence by the name of Women’s World Championship.
Bayley is working as a heel for nearly four years and she had been one of the most hated heels of WWE and she had been pretty much successful as a heel. However, recently she is being treated almost as a jobber. She is losing almost all of her matches, and her fans are not happy with the way she is being treated right now.
From Heel To Hero? Bayley’s Subtle Hint Suggests A Monumental Babyface Shift
She had been a lovable babyface as much as a hated heel. She had a huge fan base when she was a face and she was a big merchandise seller as well. It has been nearly four years that she is working as a heel and her fans still believe that she would find her spark back if she gets to work as a babyface again.
The former three times WWE Women’s Champion herself clarified that she could still work as a babyface and does have a small piece of her babyface character from the NXT remaining in herself. Speaking on WWE’s The Bump, the former two WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion said;

“There is a tiny part deep in there that still drives me, pushes me,” she admitted. “It’s the little bit inside me that says it’s all worth it because I get very annoyed — I’m old and cranky. I’m getting too old for this nonsense, for these idiots that don’t believe in me, that can’t see me, and who think I don’t have what it takes.”
“But there’s a little, tiny piece of that old NXT Bayley in there that says, ‘It’s okay, man. It’s all worth it,’” she continued. “‘This is your dream. Just keep going, and do what you set out to do when you were 10 years old.’” Said the former “Hugger” who had been a big fan favorite.
If we keep our eyes in the recent storyline she is working in right now, a babyface turn is very much possible. However, most of the reports suggest that she is remaining heel and her partner Iyo Sky would be turning babyface on her. We still hope to see bringing her lovable babyface persona back.
