Last Saturday, WWE organized an iconic Bloodline Civil War where WWE Universal Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns teamed up with his cousin Solo Sikoa to take on the legendary Tag Team of Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso. Together they have worked as a team for a long time and now they are involved in a civil war.
Roman Reigns had been the most dominant wrestler in WWE for over three decades. Since December 2019, he was neither pinned nor did he submit to anyone. It was almost certain in all of his matches that he is going to kick out of every single move, and he would pin anyone who steps foot into the ring with him, no matter who the opponent is.

But this time, The Usos finally achieved the unthinkable. After over a half an hour hard fought battle, Jey Uso shocked the entire world when he pinned the Tribal Chief. Nobody expected such an outcome. Even if somebody predicted a victory for The Usos, they would have thought it is Solo Sikoa who would be pinned.
After this surprising pin fall win, it is pretty much certain that Jey would challenge Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Heavyweight Championship Summerslam. Nothing has been officially confirmed but it can pretty much be understood. Big media sources are also claiming this to be happening.
Jey Uso Pinned Roman Reigns Last Saturday
Just a quick reminder that Jey also was the first opponent for Roman after he won the Universal Heavyweight Championship in 2020 and he wrestled him at Clash of Champions and Hell in a Cell 2020 as well. Not only Roman defeated Jey in these matches, but he literally humiliated him.
This time, Jey would enter as a challenger much stronger than the previous time. A lot of fans already considering him as a big favourite for this match. Jey finally opened up after such a huge victory last Saturday. This is what he wrote on his Instagram following the biggest victory of his career;
“Had to sit back…And realize what we did..What we’ve done….And what’s to come…regardless,We The Ones Forever. #TheRealOnes,” – Jey wrote in Instagram. But in spite of being a legit opponent, there are fat chances of Jey actually winning. There are rumours that Roman is not dropping his title before WrestleMania 40.
