Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar are involved in a mega feud since the episode of RAW after WrestleMania 39 and it is still going pretty strong. The duo had two matches against each other and both wrestlers had one victory each. The feud is far from over but it looks like they are having a break from it.
This week on RAW, Cody Rhodes got involved in a completely new feud with Dominik Mysterio as the American Nightmare was attacked by Dom Dom during a segment of the show. Surely, the duo would have a feud with each other and this may lead to a one on one match between each other at Money in the Bank.

However, there are rumours of Cody featuring in the men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match at the upcoming Money in the Bank PLE. Some rumours also suggest that Cody would go on to face Dominik Mysterio at the mentioned event. Either would be enough have WWE fans excited since he had been one the most over stars of WWE right now.
But Cody vs. Brock feud is far from over and the duo would definitely continue their feud after Money in the Bank. Wrestling pundit Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that there are plans for Cody vs. Brock III at Summerslam with an interesting added stipulation;

“Lesnar vs. Rhodes III will be one of the SummerSlam main events. There has been a lot of talk about adding a stipulation and one of the ideas is a bullrope match. That is not official and there are multiple other ideas for that match on the table, and no final decision has been made.”
It was reported earlier that Cody pitched a Dog Collar match to the WWE Creative to continue this feud but it was rejected. The Bull Rope match is pretty much similar to the pitched Dog Collar match, so we cannot say that Cody’s idea was completely rejected by the creative.
It was also rumoured earlier that they wanted to book a dream match for Cody Rhodes against Bray Wyatt at the Biggest Event of the Summer. But it was also reported that if the match could not be booked, they would go for Lesnar vs. Rhodes III for the event. Hopefully, Summerslam would end this mega feud with giving Cody the big push that he deserves.
