Professional wrestling legend and WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg who had been a former three times WWE World Champion and a former WCW World Heavyweight Champion recently revealed that he had had covid when the WWE called him for the Roman Reigns match at the Elimination Chamber pay per view event.
This was the last match remaining in the previous contract of Goldberg which was predicted by many that he would be going to Saudi once again like he went every time. A lot of fans also argued that WWE would keep his last match intact for WrestleMania 38. But as it stood, there will be no Goldberg for WrestleMania 38.

Goldberg Reveals He Had Covid While Being Called To Be The Challenger For Roman Reigns
As expected, he lost the match to Roman Reigns which was scheduled for the WWE Universal Heavyweight Championship at the Elimination Chamber pay per view event. It was a short six minutes long match and it was not a bad performance from him. Of course it could have been a better match.
It is believed that WWE would give him another contract very soon. But there is a fat chance of him coming for WrestleMania 38 as it looks like the grandest stage of them all is already set a lot of glorious moments. We can definitely hope Bill coming back before the next Saudi event of WWE as he does not miss the Saudi events.

Goldberg who had been a former three times WWE World Champion and a former WCW World Heavyweight Champion recently spoke on his Car Cast podcast where he revealed that he had had covid when the WWE called him for the Roman Reigns match at the Elimination Chamber pay per view event. He said;
“I’m behind the eight ball. Not only do a plethora of people understand what the outcome will most likely be, but I obviously have an extremely short period of time to get ready for it. I hadn’t trained for three months, I have COVID when I get the phone call to go. I literally had two weeks in the gym to get ready for this.

“What people don’t understand, and it will come out in the documentary, is it’s tough to do that as a 20-year-old, it’s more difficult as a 30-year-old, a 40-year-old, it’s almost impossible, a 55-year-old, I’m one of the .003% humans on the planet that can pull something like that off. In doing it, it’s very tough mentally to keep yourself in a positive space because you have so many negatives going against you.
“Then, 90% of them understand what the storyline is going to be. I’m fighting an uphill battle the whole way, but at this point and throughout the years I’ve been able to do this on a short schedule, you go out, you do your job to the best of your ability, you can’t contribute to the creative because that’s not my job. I just go out and try to perform the best I can and hope people appreciate it in some shape or fashion.”
