After the end of the match, Lashley attempted to attack Bill again and his son Gage came to his father’s rescue whom Lashley did not spare either. Lashley locked Gage into the Hurt Lock who is knocked the young boy out. It was a dominant night for Bobby Lashley where as it was a terrible night for Bill.
After this match Bill was only looking for his revenge. He did not want the title anymore. Meanwhile Bobby Lashley lost his WWE Championship to Big E. He had a match with Randy Orton for the title on Monday Night RAW.
After the match, Big E cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on Lashley to win his first WWE Championship. Bill returned during the process and challenge Bobby Lashley in a No Holds Barred Falls Count Anywhere match. The match became official at the Crown Jewel pay per view event. In this match Goldberg literally dominated Bobby Lashley and defeated him in a dominant fashion.

Speaking of Big E, he remained pretty dominant as a champion after winning the title from Bobby Lashley. Lashley challenged him for the title for a number of times and every time E shut him down.
The fans loved the Championship run of E as well. But it could not be as iconic as it was destined to be. One of the biggest reason behind it was the gimmick of Big E, which was not suitable for a WWE Champion.
WWE needed to change his gimmick after they put the title on his waist. But nonetheless his Championship run will be remembered forever and we hope this is not the last WWE Championship Run he will have. But as of now, it looks like he is out of the title picture.
Goldberg who is a former three times WWE World Champion recently spoke to Sports Illustrated where he talked about his feud with Bobby Lashley and said he is really happy about it. He also praised the WWE Championship run of Big E. He said;

“I’m a huge fan of Big E, both personally and professionally. It was wonderful to see him as champion. I know he lost the belt [at Day 1], but it’s only going to be a bump in the road. I feel like I’m old enough to be his grandfather.
“I’m extremely proud of him. I first met Big E when he was a kid at one of my signings. For him to be a fan of mine throughout the years, it’s an honor and a privilege. Now, I am a fan of his. I love his work, I love his enthusiasm, I love his passion. To me, he’s the prototype for a wrestling superstar in 2022.
“That’s what I needed. I love Bobby and wanted to work with him for years, and we clicked. I was given more time to get ready for that match, and I was really happy with it. Not to beat a broken record, but that’s what happens when I have more time.”
