After months of speculations, the Hardy boys’ TNA contract finally ended. All the media sources kept reporting that they will rejoin WWE after leaving TNA.
and it looks like they could not come into any solution at the end.
The Hardys were rumoured to join WWE. But they are scheduled to compete against the Young Bucks at the Ring of Honor, which might be a possible sign of the Hardys not joining WWE but Ring of Honor.
He confirmed that he is leaving TNA on twitter with these tweets:

Which is clearly indicating his departure from TNA, but Pre Wrestling Sheet reported that the Hardy Boys have reached an agreement with TNA on a new one year contract back in December. If this is true, what would these tweets mean? Of course they can be a part of some storylines.
But things might be simple as looks like. After the arrival of the new owners, the Hardys did not have the creative independence they used to have. Which might lead to a possible split between the two sides.
When they demanded creative right on their characters, TNA’s new president Ed Nord holm responded, ‘well, tell them to go to WWE then’ according to PWI insider.
