WWE’s next pay-per-view event is Hell In A Cell that will go down on October 25th. This is one of the most exciting nights of the year which can also be dubbed as a gimmick-based event. Fans can expect to get a show filled with some brutal spot going by the tradition of the event.
WWE isn’t yet finished in putting up the card together. But it’s likely that they’d try to impress the audience so that they forget about Seth Rollins vs The Fiend debacle that happened, at last year’s event.

Hell In A Cell 2020: WWE Plans To Hold Three Matches Inside The Cell
Going by the history of Hell in a Cell, WWE typically holds two gimmick matches in this pay-per-view event. As of now, we are likely to get Drew McIntyre vs Randy Orton for the WWE Championship and Roman Reigns vs Jey Uso for the Universal Championship inside the Cell structure. But it now seems that they will add one last match to the show as they’re about to make this year’s event even bigger.

Ringside News has informed that the current plan is to host three Hell In A Cell matches during this 2020 edition. Unless the current plans get changed, that third match will involve Bayley and Sasha Banks as they’d collide over the Smackdown Women’s Championship. There’s not much news available on the other matches of the card. They’re not likely to be announced until and unless the two Draft nights get over on Monday, October 12th.
Both the announced Hell in a Cell match for this year will be rematches from Clash of Champions where the reigning champions successfully defended. But the challengers will get yet another shot at the title but this time, they’ll have to go through hell while competing inside the barbaric structure. No one from these two bouts is likely to become the main event of the PPV.
As per the recent rumors, the Hell in a Cell match between Bayley and banks for the women’s title in the blue brand is likely to be the final match of the night. These two are currently scheduled to face each other on Smackdown. But there is likely to be another clash between the two friend-turned-foes at the upcoming PPV.
