How WWE Should Have Booked Bray Wyatt’s Return – Explained By Booker T
WWE tried to push him once again after a number of years when they tried to push him once again after a number of years when they gave him the WWE Championship but after he lost it to Randy Orton at WrestleMania 33, the push was nowhere to be found again.
WWE repackaged him as the Fiend. The character was working pretty well, fans were loving it, he was completely unstoppable until he faced Goldberg.

After he lost to Goldberg and lost the WWE Universal Championship he was never seen as such a big thing. He only made a couple of appearances after he lost his match against Randy Orton at WrestleMania 37, and disappeared. He did not return since then. A shocking news arrived just a week ago that WWE released him.
Former five times WCW World Heavyweight Champion Booker T who is a Two times WWE Hall of Famer recently spoke on his Hall of Fame Podcast where he explained how he would have booked the return of the Fiend Bray Wyatt if he was not released. He said;

“He would snap out of the fog and become Bray Wyatt. No more Fiend, and that’s just my opinion. I’m sure they may have something totally different. Bray Wyatt, for me, was today’s Mick Foley, a guy that went out there and he made you think before you ever saw him in the ring.
“What Bray Wyatt did in the ring sometimes really didn’t matter because he had you so enthralled in the character of who Bray Wyatt really was, and The Wyatt Family. That right there for me, it worked. Sister Abigail, I was waiting to see who the hell was Sister Abigail.
“I couldn’t wait to actually find out at the end of the day who was Sister Abigail, and what that would turn out to be. That’s just my opinion. I just think with The Fiend, it’s just so hard to book a character like The Fiend on a weekly basis.”
