Injury Update On Sasha Banks Over WWE Smackdown Attack By Bayley
After the match, the medical staff hit the ring to check on Sasha Banks’ leg, which was hurt during the match. Michael Cole then informed on commentary that she might have suffered a “very serious leg injury” while competing in the match.
Bayley then tried to help Sasha Banks out of the ring to the backstage locker room but then stopped on the apron and started attacking her, shocking everyone. She stomped away while Banks was on her back. Bayley then literally destroyed the other half of The Golden Role Models at ringside, sending her into the barrier and the steel ring steps, and using the steps to the already hurt leg.
Bayley then brought Sasha Banks back in the ring as the vicious beat down continued. She wrapped a steel chair around her neck and then leaped off the top to stomp on it. The segment ended as the officials rushed to the ring attending Banks again while Bayley watched from ringside, holding on to her belt. A short break later, we spotted The Legit Boss of WWE being stretchered out and loaded into an ambulance.
Apart from Sasha Banks, Big E was also injured on last night’s Smackdown. He was initially scheduled to take part in the Fatal 4-Way to determine where the winner will challenge Universal Champion Roman Reigns at WWE Clash of Champions 2020. However, Sheamus attacked Big E before the match, driving him through the windshield of a car with White Noise. As noted by WWE, E suffered lacerations as a result of the attack. He was also taken into a local hospital, where he had to undergo a series of tests.
