We all expected that WWE would improve after fans come back into the live shows. Shows are improving, there were better matches, returns, and debuts to make things really interesting. But how is the current condition of the all Championships in the main roster? Let us have a close look.
The only titles that are getting booked properly are the two world championships. Except of those titles there are not enough good bookings, it is better to say there is no bookings for the other titles at all. Recently we spoke about the week booking of the mid card title. Not only the mid card titles are suffering but all the other titles are.
Is WWE Failing To Book Proper Title Matches?
The worst thing about Monday Night RAW other titles except for the WWE championship is not enough portrayals of the titles. There are no number 1 contenders match, just on this week Monday night RAW, we saw three contenders match which involved all the champions.
This is actually ridiculous and it also shows the titles as really weak and not important enough. Sheamus and Damian Priest had a match in which Damien priest won and became number one Contender. Similar matches took place for the Women’s Tag Team Championships and the RAW Women’s Championship.
About the RAW Tag Team division, there are not enough Tag Teams anyway. Now the Viking Raiders are beaten, it looks like Randy Orton and Matt Riddle would be challenging for the title since there is no other option.
Now let’s talk about the SmackDown titles. The intercontinental championship remained poorly booked since WrestleMania. It was not even defended in any of the pay per view events since the grandest stage of them all. It is still poorly booked.
After Bayley got injured, Bianca Belair does not have any worthy competitor. Sasha Banks is likely to return soon and there is no hope without Sasha in the women’s division of Smackdown right now.
About the SmackDown Tag Team titles, after it was won by the Usos it was under shadowed by Roman Reigns. Even when Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio were the champion they focused more on their rivalry with Roman Reigns than the Tag Team titles.
The worst booked titles are the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships right now. Even though WWE made some tag team recently, and they also brought Shotzi blackhart and Tegan Nox from the NXT, the titles were still terribly booked. We hope the situation gets better soon.
