Professional dressing legend and WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett who is a former four times WCW World Heavyweight champion recently talked about the WWE Universal Heavyweight championship match between Roman Reigns and Logan Paul and said that it would have worked from every angle if Paul dethroned Roman.
When the match was announced it was vastly criticized by the fans and the critics. It was just the third match of Paul in WWE and he got a world title shot against Roman Reigns. And it was pretty much predictable anyway. So there was nothing to see actually. And what could you expect from an internet celebrity inside the squared circle.

But Logan Paul proved all of his critics wrong when he put up an amazing performance against The Mighty Roman Reigns at the Crown Jewel pay per view event. The duo put up an excellent performance, and definitely Paul earned some fans after this amazing performance. About the result, it was definitely predictable.
After the match, Paul went out of WWE once again since he is a part time wrestler and Roman Reigns is now focused on further feuds. From this amazing performance of Paul, we can definitely expect him to become a big star in the future. He is only 27 and he has a long way to go. A lot of fans have already started to compare him with Shawn Michaels.
Jeff Jarrett who is a former four times WCW World Heavyweight champion recently spoke on his My World podcast where he talked about the WWE Universal Heavyweight championship match between Roman Reigns and Logan Paul and said that it would have worked from every angle if Paul dethroned Roman. He said;
“The audience, in general, whether it’s my 16-year-old son or daughter or whoever it may be, they’re consuming their content on their phones. YouTube. Twitter… That’s what the Paul brothers [have mastered.] They weren’t on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ or ‘The Voice’ or some kind of athletic [show.] They got over on social media, and now they’re bringing that to a televised product.”
“The Paul kid becoming champion, I think it would work, in every kind of way. Do I think they’re going to do it? No. I just don’t think they’ll switch the title in Saudi [Arabia.] But look, online audiences are talking about it.”
“The Paul brothers, they just dominate the conversation and I’m curious. I don’t think they’ll switch it [the title at Crown Jewel] but where does Logan fit in the WrestleMania picture That’s going to be interesting.”
“As far as belts and storylines, Roman does not need the title right now. I mean, Sami Zayn is the star of that attraction right now. You pull him out of that? It’s a completely different dynamic.”
