The former WWE champion Jinder Mahal who is also a former one time WWE United States champion recently expressed his desire to face Karrion Kross and he also explained why he wanted to face the WWE NXT champion.

WWE NXT Champion Karrion Kross made his main roster debut a number of weeks ago. So far his main roster run had been really bad. Being a dominant World Champion in the NXT who was undefeated in the promotion losing almost every match since coming to the main roster is definitely a terrible look for the young talent.

Jinder Mahal Wants To Face Karrion Kross

Kross lost his main roster debut match against Jeff Hardy and he did not get any chance to get his Revenge from the Charismatic Enigma since then. He faced Keith Lee in two back to back matches in two weeks respectively, he won his first match against Keith Lee and lost the second one.

To help the situation there is only one thing to do, and that is Kross dropping the NXT title to Samoa Joe at NXT Takeover 36 and face the someone submission machine once again in losing effort. This would be the only way to save the prestige of NXT, as of now.

Jinder Mahal who is a former WWE champion recently spoke with Karan Prashant Saxena of the Hindustan Times where he expressed his desire to face Karrion Kross and he also explained why he wanted to face WWE NXT champion. He said;

“I would say Karrion Kross, just because I have not had that match-up yet,” said Mahal. “I have had matches with Bobby Lashley, I have had matches with Roman Reigns. Karrion Kross brings something new to the WWE, something unique.

“He has that mysterious side. He is very unpredictable. He is great in the ring, he is very technical. He brings that blend of mixed-martial arts – striking and submissions to the ring. So, I think Karrion Kross would make a good match-up. I think he is very similar in size to me, roughly the same height, roughly the same body type.”
