WWE Superstar John Cena has transitioned into a Hollywood star in recent times. But he will always be regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. His run as the franchise player of the company for almost 15 years is quite impressive. No other cornerstone figure has been able to achieve the feat as he did.
The sixteen-time world champion has also been receiving at the end of a lot of praise for his role as Peacemaker in the Suicide Squad and in the spin-off series created on the character on HBO Max with the same name.
WWE Legend John Cena Still Not Ready To Become A Father
John Cena established himself as the successor for the likes of Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock. These superstars have been the biggest stars in the history of the business and stayed on top of the league for a long time. As time progressed, all of these names were forced to either retire or move to a different industry which brigs the tag of being a part-timer.
Recently, John Cena opened up about the prospect of working as a part-timer in the industry. While working in Hollywood, he comes back to the WWE on a part-time basis. Thus he misses being a full-time WWE star during an interview with GQ.com.

John Cena misses performing for WWE Universe
John Cena revealed that he misses appearing in the WWE on a daily basis, every single day of his life. He also mentioned how his growing age was one of the reasons, he opted to go part-time. It’s tough to wrestle on a regular basis for such a long timespan, anyway. He also sounded grateful to have a lengthy career without sustaining any major injuries,
“I miss it every day. Every single day. But I’ll be 45 on April 23rd, and I was very fortunate to make it as long as I did with only a minor list of injuries. Nothing that has changed the trajectory of my long term health. I’m strong, flexible, and in really good shape externally, internally. I think now, being a full-time touring performer might start to hit that point of diminishing returns, and I have to be realistic when I look at that.”
John Cena also added that he’s “strong, flexible, and in really good shape externally, internally.” But being a full-time performer “might start to hit that point of diminishing returns.”
Back in the summer of 2021, John Cena came back for a short stint that led to a blockbuster showdown at the SummerSlam pay-per-view event where he lost to Universal Champion Roman Reigns. The Summer of Cena came to an end as he went back to Hollywood to shoot the spy thriller named Argylle.
