John Cena is considered to be one of the all-time greats in the WWE who’s been the franchise figure for almost 15 years. Despite the fact that he works in a limited time schedule in the WWE, he still remains an integral part of the company. The good thing is that he has admitted that he’s nowhere near to be finished with his in-ring career in a long shot. That being said, more headliner matches are still in-store for him.
The fact that John Cena still remains good friends with WWE Chairman Vince McMahon also assures that the company will book the former champion in some marquee matches. Meanwhile, away from the WWE, the Cenation leader still has someone who continues to remind him of Vinnie Mac.

James Gunn and John Cena have a wonderful friendship as the latter featured in the headliner of the ‘Peacemaker’ television series following the success of ‘The Suicide Squad’. In an interview with the Happy Sad Confused podcast, Cena also stated how Gunn always reminded him of McMahon.
“Every day, even when I’m not working on a project with James, I was saying to him yesterday, I hear his voice in the back of my head. He very much reminds me of Vince McMahon.
Vince McMahon has these little moments where it’s like a small nugget of wisdom that never leaves you and you always remember it. And James has bestowed, you know, 10 or more of those on me to make me a better professional.”
