Professional wrestling legend and WWE Hall of Famer Kane who is also a former three times WWE World Champion recently talked about WWE Hall of Famer “The Hitman” Bret Hart and explained why he was not appreciated in one way by wrestling fans.

Kane is a professional wrestling legend who started his wrestling career back in 1992 and worked on different promotions including some independent circuit promotions as well. He also worked on WCW but mostly as a jobber. He worked on some big promotions of the 90s such as SMW and USWA. He even became the USWA World Heavyweight Champion.

Kane Thinks Bret Hart Was Not Appreciated By A Lot Of Fans

In 1995 he came to WWE for the first time in his career. At first he worked as an evil dentist named Isaac Yankem. He was introduced mostly to feud Bret Hart what the character did not work out pretty well and soon he turned a jobber.In 1996 he was introduced as the Fake Diesel. After the departure of Diesel and Razor Ramon, WWE brought imposter versions of these two individuals. Jacobs played the role of Diesel.

This gimmick lasted till the early part of 1997, the same here that the wrestling world saw the emergence of Kane. During the Badd Blood paperview event of the mentioned year, he made his debut under his new gimmick and this debut is considered by many as the best ever professional wrestling debut. The character became very successful in a very short amount of time that in less than 1 year time he won the WWE championship.

Jacobs worked in WWE more than two decades and he earned huge fan base. He won almost all the championships possible in WWE including a total of three World Championships. In 2021 he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Kane will always be remembered as one of the biggest legends in WWE history.

Kane who is also a former three times WWE World Champion recently spoke on a recent episode of Table For 3 where he talked about WWE Hall of Famer “The Hitman” Bret Hart and explained why he was not appreciated in one way by wrestling fans. He said;

“I always felt about you that you were never the flashiest guy,” Kane told Bret Hart. “You were the workman that went out and got the job done. But I also think that you’re very underrated as an entertainer.”

“I think a lot of that [is] just because of the character you portrayed,” Kane continued. “But then you saw what you did with Jerry in the ‘Kiss My Foot’ match and the other stuff, I just have always thought that you were a great wrestler who wasn’t appreciated enough for being a great entertainer, as well.”
