Glen Jacobs Kane is one of the biggest legends in wrestling history and of course one of the biggest names that WWE has ever produced. In spite of being extremely famous among wrestling fans, he mostly focused on putting over newer talents rather than getting the spotlights on himself.
Jacobs had a WWE career of over 2 decades and he is one of the most lovable stars in the industry. Everybody who talked about him always shared positive things. Before getting his iconic character, he played a couple of other roles like Isaac Yankem and Fake Diesel but none of them worked pretty well. Once he adopted his famous character for which we all know him, he became one of the most famous stars in the promotion.

Kane’s Goodwill Ambassador: Former WWE Star Describes His Unparalleled Kindness
Former WWE star and a former three times WWE Hardcore Champion Maven recently talked about the WWE Hall of Famer Glen Jacobs who is currently doing an excellent job as the mayor of Knox County. Maven recently talked about him on his YouTube channel where he shared love and respect for the Big Red Machine. He said;
On his experiences with Jacobs: “Kane. Nicest guy on Earth. Absolute nicest guy on Earth. We all know about ‘The Big Red Machine’ in the ring. Amazing, and amazing worker. The first things I remember about Kane, during my time, we would all have to be at the arena at one o’clock. Live airings went on at nine. We went live at nine o’clock, so to be there at one, you got a lot of time to kill.

Kane Got Inducted Into WWE Hall Of Fame In 2021
“I remember one of the first things I saw backstage was Kane playing video games. Now, you see this guy, and you’re like, the last thing on Earth you think is that he’s into video games. Most people don’t know this about Kane, but Kane is a comic book lover. He’s not what you think. Obviously, now he’s the mayor of a town in Tennessee. Amazing, everything he did in the ring. But backstage, truly one of the nicest guys. A genuine nice guy, genuinely cared about [you].”
On Jacobs taking care of younger talent: “I was in WWE for, I would say, probably a little over a year. We had a death, Crash Holly passed away, and Kane made it a point to pull myself and Randy Orton aside, just to make sure we were on the right path, make sure that the next wrestler that was read about and passed away way too early wasn’t one of us. I guarantee, I could see Kane today, haven’t seen him in probably 15 years, and I’d hug him like no time at all passed. He’d get my vote too.”

Glen Jacobs got inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame back in 2021. He won a total of three World Championships in WWE including other big titles. He had also been a former 12 times Tag Team Champion in WWE. He is not officially retired from WWE yet. It is pretty unfortunate that a wrestler of his caliber never took the spotlight on himself.
