Proving the rumors true, WWE is bringing back the King of the Ring tournament from next week onwards where a superstar can claim himself to be the new king of the roster. In addition to the male division, the women’s division will also have a queen in them as a female version of the tournament will also go down. Instead of Queen of the Ring, this tourney has been named Queen’s Crown 2021.

A promo aired during Smackdown on FOX for both the King of the Ring and Queen’s Crown tournaments during this week’s WWE Draft edition Night One. It was informed that matches for the tournaments will begin during next Friday’s SmackDown season premiere episode, airing live from the SAP Center in San Jose, California. The tournaments will then continue on the October 11 RAW from the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.
