Lana was a sure-shot spotlight stealer during her time with the WWE. Unfortunate budget cuts forced her to be away from it for more than a year but she still hopes to be back in an iconic manner. She cherishes those times spent in the WWE so much and also regrets the fact that she could never be a champion.

On the flip side of the coin, Lana was a true sports entertainer which was an ideal aspect to be on TV for ex-WWE Chairman & CEO, Vince McMahon. Whatever role he handed to the former WWE Superstar, she played it with panache and in turn, WWE programming could pop up some ratings.

After leaving the WWE, Lana is staying busy with projects like launching her own website and then offering some exclusive content via the platform for her fans. She recently spoke with WrestleZone about her new partnership with BrandArmy. The former Ravishing Russian loves this allows her to stay connected with the fans without being on television on a weekly basis,

“It’s been an amazing experience, I am so, so grateful because it’s just a way to connect to the people, the fans, in such an intimate way. On Instagram and Twitter, only so many people are going to see your posts with the algorithms, and AI and whatnot, so it’s great to be able to post something and everyone gets to see it. You get feedback from people and I read all the DMs.”

Lana wants to be the best manager in WWE history

Back in 2013 when Lana first arrived in the WWE, she could barely think of becoming a professional wrestler. Due to her acting skills, the company gave her the managerial role for her husband Rusev and the duo appeared to be a deadly combination.

Speaking of managers in the WWE, Paul Heyman comes first in mind who had been so successful in his role for several years now. Lana now wants to take the ‘greatest of all-time’ tag away from Heyman is she does have the opportunity to ever make her way back to the WWE,

“I love wrestling, I love the fans, there’s nothing like it in the entire world — but I don’t want to come back and be mediocre. I want to make an impact and tell compelling stories and really come for Paul Heyman’s throne and solidify being the best manager of all time.”

Lana has not been back inside the squared circle ring since her WWE career came to an end back in June of 2021 alongside a group of talents including Braun Strowman. She has since been busy in Hollywood by starring in a movie alongside Bruce Willis, while she also launched her own website, CJPerry.com.
