WWE Hall of Famer and wrestling legend Jake “The Snake” Roberts recently talked about “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes and explained why he should be a World Champion in WWE for a long time. Cody is currently involved in a feud with Brock Lesnar and definitely one of the biggest stars of WWE right now.
Cody Rhodes faced Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39 for the WWE Undisputed Universal Heavyweight Championship as he earned the opportunity to be in the match after he won the men’s Royal Rumble match earlier this year. Unfortunately, Cody failed to win the title and he could not continue the feud either.

After WWE Draft, Roman Reigns remained on Smackdown and Cody Rhodes was drafted to Monday Night RAW. So the feud had to remain unfinished. Even though there are rumours that the feud would restart before WrestleMania 40 again as The American Nightmare would face Roman Reigns in a match for the title again at the Grandest Stage of them all.
WWE Hall of Famer Jake “The Snake” Roberts recently spoke about the former two times WWE Intercontinental Champion on his “The Snake Pit” Podcast where he explained why he should win the WWE World title soon and hold it for a long time. Here is what Roberts had to say;

“I wish the best for him. I really do. I hope he goes all the way. I hope he becomes a champion and holds the title for a long period of time. It’s just a question of what the folks up there want.” Explained the WWE Hall of Famer Jake Roberts.
Cody Rhodes is currently involved in a feud with The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar and tomorrow at Night of Champions the duo is going to meet each other for the second time. It is rumoured that the feud would continue even after Night of Champions and Cody is scheduled to receive a big push from Lesnar.
WWE is also going to crown the World Heavyweight Champion tomorrow which would be an exclusive property of Monday Night RAW where Cody Rhodes would wrestle too. He can definitely grab the World Heavyweight title in the future. But we still hope he remains a strong contender for dethroning Roman Reigns.
