Wrestling Legend Paul Heyman is currently working as the special Council of the current WWE Universal Heavyweight champion Roman Reigns. He is considered as one of the best managers in the history of professional wrestling, some even consider him the best ever.
WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam who earned his early recognition while working under the guidance of Paul Heyman in the ECW recently talked about the former Advocate of Brock Lesnar and shared massive praise for him. Speaking on his 1 Of A Kind With RVD, the former WWE Champion said;

“I think you know that as far as booking goes, in my opinion, I think he’s the best. And that’s also because I like his stuff in particular” The former WWE Champion and WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam began.
“He got a lot of pushback from the WWE office in 2001 during the Alliance. A lot of his ideas got opposed. Same thing when we brought ECW back for the Sci-Fi network. A lot of his ideas were opposed. There were other bookers in the office that think completely different. They would think it’s ridiculous” the former WWE Champion added.
Paul Heyman Is Highly Praised By Rob Van Dam
“I think Paul’s got the best ideas ’cause they thought the exact opposite and tried to stop all of his ideas. But I agree with that sentence that he’s the best that I know of” Rob Van Dam concluded.
Heyman is active in WWE for more than two decades and he played multiple roles in the promotion. He was introduced to the WWE Universe during the WWE vs Alliance storyline where he played a major role as a member of team Alliance. Since he was one of the key ECW officials, it was easy to take him as an Alliance member.
After the invasion angle of WWE ended, Heyman became the manager of the new recruit of the main roster that was Brock Lesnar. He worked on different roles, he even work as the general manager of SmackDown at one point. But WWE fans enjoyed him the most when he worked beside the likes of Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar.
At this moment he is working as the Special Council of the current WWE Universal heavyweight champion Roman Reigns and just like his rest of the performances, he is doing a fantastic job. The current Bloodline storyline is being considered as one of the best storylines in professional wrestling history. Heyman played a key role in it. We are expecting to see him on WWE Hall of Fame soon.
