WWE SmackDown star and a former WWE 24/7 champion Madcap Moss who is also the winner of the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal of 2022 recently revealed that he always looked for advices from everyone in the locker room. He also revealed what advice he got from Brock Lesnar.

Madcap Moss has previously worked as Riddick Moss in WWE and he is giving was quite different from the current one. During his previous gimmick, he was mostly treated as a lower mid card. He won the WWE 24/7 Championship one time. He had a good career in the NXT before joining the main roster. Needless to say, NXT is the development territory of WWE.

Madcap Moss Reveals Receiving Advice From Everyone In The Locker Room

In 2021 he teamed up with Happy Corbin and he finally started to receive a good mid card push. This is the time when he was Re packaged as Madcap Moss and it was a completely new gimmick and totally different from his previous one. He was doing a fantastic job in this new role. WWE had big plans for him which was quite clear when he won the Andre the Giant Memorial battle royal earlier this year.

Later, he turned babyface as his team with Happy Corbin ended. The duo had a feud with each other which was ultimately won by Moss. It was seeming like his future is pretty bright but after Triple H became the Head of Creative of WWE, Moss somehow became an afterthought as he was seen jobbing to multiple wrestlers. We hope his situation in WWE improves in future.

Madcap Moss who is also the winner of the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal of 2022 recently spoke to the WWE Die Woche program where he revealed that he always looked for advices from everyone in the locker room. He also revealed what advice he got from Brock Lesnar. He said;

“It’s hard to pin down just one guy. There’s a wealth of knowledge and experience in that locker room that I’m really willing to listen to anyone that has anything to say and learn from anyone. Sometimes, it’s people that don’t have any experience that can give you some advice. Maybe they aren’t trying to give you advice, but just the way they give you their opinion, you go, ‘Oh, I never thought about it that way.’

“I learned early on that there are a lot of opinions, and you need to listen to everyone, especially the ones that have a lot more experience than you. At the end of the day, two legends, who have endless experience, maybe have totally different opinions. You have to do what you feel is right. That’s something I’ve always tried to do. You really have to feel it and it has to feel right to you, whatever you do.”

“To be able to share the ring and the locker room with a guy like Randy Orton, anytime I get a chance, I’ll pick his brain. As much as he is a menace, destruction machine, I’ve actually had Brock Lesnar pull me to the side. We both went to the University of Minnesota and certainly, when he gave me advice, I listened. Those are just a couple of examples. There’s a lot of guys in the locker room that I respect and listen to.”
