Former WWE star Aleister Blacwho is currently known as Malakai Black in his current promotion AEW and he was also a former NXT World champion recently said there is a lot of creative freedom in his current promotion AEW that he did not have in WWE.
WWE stars and former WWE stars have always complained about WWE that the promotion never gives their wrestlers enough creative freedom. But in every other promotion creative freedom is a guaranteed thing. But in WWE even the top stats did not get enough creative freedom.

But there is a WWE superstar who recently praised WWE for giving him a lot of creative freedom. The wrestler is Jaxson Ryker who was formerly known as the Gunner in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. In a recent interview given to a media, Ryker Seth that he got a lot of creative freedom from WWE.

True or not this was something new to hear from a WWE star. It is said that Vince McMahon does not even give enough creative freedom to his creative team either. And a struggling wrestler from the roster is getting a good amount of Creative freedom that he is even bragging about in front of the media is something quite different to hear.
Malakai Black who was a former NXT World champion recently spoke on Bleacher Report where he stated that there are a lot of Creative freedom in his current promotion AEW that he did not have in WWE. He said;

“My creative input is almost 100 percent,” he said. “I will send my ideas to Tony [Khan], and he will either give his thoughts on it or sign off on it. The locker room itself is absolutely great. It’s a group of people who will fight tooth and nail to get things done. There is a huge amount of talent in that locker room.
“I feel that after 21 years of being in this business, I can help that new generation and younger kids who will inherit this business and help them discover themselves. I can ask them the questions that will allow them to start the thinking process to make themselves better.”
