Taker has lately transitioned to Mark Calaway, leaving his on-screen persona. He was shown in a first-time-ever documentary on the WWE Network in 2020 alongside Michelle McCool and their daughter, Kaia. Michelle McCool also pointed out that since Mark played the WWE character for so long, it has become an integral part of his daily life.
“There’s a whole lot of Mark, but there’s also Undertaker in Mark in real life, not with us, but when need be. It was a little strange at first when we filmed The Last Ride documentary and people got a glimpse into who he was. I think it was such a treasured thing for so long that people were so interested in who the man behind the character was.”
“I think it was special for his fans after all these years to be able to see that because a lot of times we judge a book by it’s cover, including myself. I didn’t want to meet the guy and he wore me down, and eventually I married him. There’s a lot to him, and I’m glad that his fans after all of these years get to see that.”
Michelle McCool and Undertaker got married on June 26, 2010. They welcomed their first daughter, Kaia Faith Calaway, in 2012 who is extremely fond of WWE products. She has appeared in several WWE shows in the recent past who also tends to move into the wrestling business when she grows up.
The Phenome last wrestled in a match on WWE TV at Wrestlemania 36 which was a Boneyard Match against AJ Styles. As for Michelle McCool, she returned to action to compete at the 2022 30-woman Royal Rumble match along with the likes of former WWE Divas Champions The Bella Twins, Legendary Lita, Impact Knockouts Champion Mickie James, and some more returnees.
