Vince McMahon is involved in every aspect of WWE when it comes down to televised content as well as business perspectives. Age seems only to be a number for the pioneer who can literally do every job in the company if he wishes. Being a workhorse, he built WWE as the global brand that it is today and he might continue to rule the roost for many more years to follow.
Vince McMahon is 76 years old who is still going strong in the daily based operations of the WWE. According to recent reports, the WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon, is still working hard and that has been the norm for the past 40 years. He was there to witness it all while continuously changing the sports entertainment business.

Vince McMahon isn’t relying on a successor
Speaking on his podcast Something to Wrestle With podcast, Prichard recently revealed that we could see Vince McMahon running the show for plenty more years to follow,
“Yes [I always felt like Vince McMahon would continue running WWE past the early 2000s]. Absolutely. Yeah, I can’t imagine him not doing it and I am sure that he will continue to do it probably for the next 25 to 30 years. His mom’s 101 and still going so, you know, he shows no signs of slowing down at all and he’s a freak of nature and it’s hard to imagine it without him and I don’t think that we’ll have to imagine it without him for a long, long time.”
Vince McMahon is hell-bent on running things in the WWE on his own, no matter what. It was primarily believed that Triple H and Stephanie McMahon could be put into charges once he steps down. In reality, Triple H and his core team were taken out of the NXT family, these days as Vince took things over with Prichard. That being said, Triple H’s creative influence was finished from the NXT brand.
Moreover, Vince McMahon has started making appearances on WWE programming on a regular basis on Raw in a storyline with Austin Theory, starting from Survivor Series 2021. It’s evident that The Boss isn’t willing to leave the scene, that easily.
