It’s a travesty for the WWE Universe that they’re not getting the opportunity to see Sasha Banks on the TV screen. For more than two months, the top superstars are gone from the company. Going by the recent reports, things have only got worse between the two parties and the situation isn’t resolving, anytime soon.
Sasha Banks and Naomi opted to have a walkout from WWE Raw when May 9 edition was on the air. WWE would describe the act committed by Naomi and Sasha Banks as unprofessional. They also confirmed that the two top female stars were suspended from the company for the foreseeable future and since then the Women’s Tag Team Championships are vacant.
In the latest update regarding the two, it appears that the plan for the company is to remove the two women from more content related to the WWE rather than bringing them back. This past, fans may have noticed that there was a slight change made to Peacock Network profile icons.

Sasha Banks was removed from icon choosing option on Peacock
Subscribers to the streaming service can pick a specific character from WWE television shows and beyond to be displayed as your profile icon. A recent report from PWInsder has claimed that Sasha Banks may already be engaging in “some signings outside of WWE” as early as this fall. It’s not confirmed whether she’s allowed to do so if WWE has frozen her contract due to her departure.
An additional report from Fightful Select also noted that WWE Creative is under the impression that Sasha Banks is done with the company. Several “several high-level talents” and reporters indicated that the former Women’s Champion was released altogether, last month, while WWE is yet to announce the same, officially.
