WWE Universe must have noticed that WWE decided to trim down one of their PPVs they held last October this time around. It was one of the most critically acclaimed shows of the year and the only all-women PPV in the history named WWE Evolution.

It was a historic event as it consisted of women’s matches, solely. Unfortunately, there was no sequel to Evolution as no such event took place this year.

WWE head honchos also could not provide a positive update regarding Evolution, thus far. But one of the cornerstone figures of the Women’s Division recently decided to open up on the show and noted that the event might just be around the corner.

Plans for Survivor Series 2019

Speaking with Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT, Natalya said that opportunities will continue to shower towards the women’s division. So, it’s only fair to think positive which makes her believe that Evolution 2 is happening sooner than later,

“I think there are some incredible opportunities coming up for the girls and I absolutely, 100% know for a fact that there will be an Evolution 2 – right around the corner.” (courtesy sescoops.com)

The Queen of Harts, Natalya also reflected on her recent, history-making match against Lacey Evans in Saudi Arabia. She pointed out Fit Finlay for his help in producing the match. The veteran Finlay alongside Natalya’s husband, Tyson Kidd were the two to put up the historic showdown that happened in Saudi Arabia,

“He’s truly the unsung hero of the women’s division,” she said of Finlay. “He’s been one of the main men behind so much change for the girls. He fought for us when it wasn’t cool to fight for the girls of the women’s division.”

Before the Crown Jewel pay-per-view took place, Stephanie McMahon noted on WWE not bringing back Evolution in 2019. She pointed out that WWE was busy putting up the first-ever Women’s Showdown in Saudi Arabia rather than the all-women show. It might eventually be back in the programming but not in 2019, at least,

“We did consider it. A lot of our focus has been on having this particular match as a part of this PPV in Saudi Arabia. More to come on Evolution but it’s most likely not going to happen in 2019.” (As stated in an interview with Bleacher Report)
