Smackdown – Natalya Says She Loves To See New Wrestlers Getting Opportunities
After this, women wrestled under all the possible match stipulations. They have wrestled Hell in a Cell matches, Elimination Chamber matches, Extreme Rules matches and even Royal Rumble matches. Something that we could not even imagine just ten years ago.
Women’s Royal Rumble is as fun as men’s Royal Rumble. And of course every other women’s matches are also as fun as men’s matches. But of course we have to mention Royal Rumble separately since it is one of the most beloved WWE matches and it is edging near.
Women have proved that they are capable of everything that men can do. So they should be treated equally. And they are almost being treated equally. We are quite sure that there will be a time in WWE when women will be completely equal to men.

Before the women’s revolution in WWE, the promotion never kept more than seven to eight women in the main roster. During the Attitude Era the number was even less. It never crossed three or four.
And they kept having feuds against each other in a circle since there was no other option. And we were used to that. Now as women are in a way better position, our expectations are really high as well. We hope to see women in WWE being treated equal to men one day.
Natalya who is also a former WWE women’s Tag Team Champion and a former WWE Divas Champion recently spoke to Tuesday Wrestling Tuesday where she said that she loves to see new female wrestlers getting opportunities in WWE. She said;

“We hear a lot about ‘fresh, shiny, new’ and to me, there are a lot of people that have deserved a chance for a long time, Liv Morgan has been in WWE for over six years, and she isn’t someone that isn’t brand spanking new onto the scene, she’s a woman that has been there for a long time and fighting for an opportunity and a chance.
As much as I can appreciate some of the women that get more opportunities like the Four Horsewomen or when Ronda Rousey was here, she got a lot of opportunities, I think that’s great and all the power to them. If you get an opportunity, you’d be an idiot to turn it down, but it’s really nice when you see other women get an opportunity and other women get a chance to rise to the occasion and do something amazing.”
