Former WWE star and a former WWE Raw Women’s champion Nia Jax who is also a former two times WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion recently talked about her shocking return during the women’s Royal Rumble match at the Royal Rumble pay per view event that took place earlier this year
Nia Jax was released from WWE in 2021 during the covid 19 outbreak. WWE released a lot of stars including some of the big names to adjust their budget during this pandemic. Nia was released during this time, even though, the pandemic was not the reason behind her release.

Nia Jax Opens Up On Her Shocking Royal Rumble Appearance
It is said that she had bad blood with WWE officials and some of the wrestlers. Backstage heat was increasing for the former WWE Raw Women’s champion. And looking at all the situations, WWE ultimate decided to release the former champion.
It was almost certain that she would never return to WWE ever again. But they shocked the entire world when Nia turned out to be the entry number 30 of the women’s Royal Rumble match of this year. She did not have much impact in the match as she did not get to eliminate anyone and all the remaining wrestlers team up to eliminate her.

The question still remained after Royal Rumble if she finally signed a contract with WWE or it was just a one match return. Finally turned out to be that she was only got called for the Royal Rumble match and no other reason. She was never seen in WWE after the Royal Rumble pay per view event.
Nia Jax who is also a former two times WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion recently spoke on a virtual signing with East Coast Autograph Auctions where she talked about her shocking return during the women’s Royal Rumble match at the Royal Rumble pay per view event that took place earlier this year She said;
“I’m glad it was a surprise for everybody (2023 Royal Rumble appearance). I was actually really happy that people remembered me. I was nervous right before I walked out like, what if nobody remembers me? And I walked out in the Rumble and it’s dead air.

“No comment (she said when asked why her music played before the timer hit zero). I can’t say. I know, but I can’t say. But let’s just say somebody was super excited for me to be back and prematurely hit my music.
“But they were really happy I was back. Let’s say that. But that’s all I’m gonna say (she smiled). They (some fans) were hoping it was more of a permanent thing… I almost cried myself. I was nervous, a nervous wreck.”
