Nikki A.S.H won the Money in the Bank ladder match last Sunday at the Money in the Bank pay per view event. It was not very shocking as either one of Nikki or Liv Morgan was rumored to win the match.
But Nikki A.S.H would cash in her Money in the Bank contract this week on Monday Night RAW was something that nobody expected. Everyone was waiting for a potential return of “The Man” Becky Lynch.
Nikki A.S.H Cashes In Money In The Bank Contract – Analysis
WWE booked the match between Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley as the main event of the night so that everyone could expect Becky was coming back.
The booking idea was actually fantastic. The way they booked it, nobody saw the cash in coming. And when Nikki cashed in her contract and won the RAW Women’s Championship, everyone remained spellbound.
But was Charlotte the right person to get the pin fall? This was Charlotte’s eleventh Championship reign in only six years. They give her the eleventh title reign for only one day, which was completely unnecessary. Charlotte did not need this reign at all.
But if ASH cashed the contract in on Rhea Ripley it would have been a great look for the Australian professional wrestler. She needed it more than Charlotte of course.
So we will now see a three way feud for the RAW Women’s Championship. As long as Charlotte involved in it, the title has to be involved. The feud between Charlotte and Rhea was never interesting, but they kept dragging it. And it seems like it will be continued for quite longer.
The thing is there was no point of putting the title around Charlotte’s waist for only one day. A.S.H should have pinned Rhea Ripley to win the title. If WWE keeps on putting the titles around Charlotte’s waist she would be a 50 times champion by the end of her career.
